Frozen Shoulder

Pain due to frozen shoulder is usually dull or aching worsened with attempted motion.

Some physicians describe the normal course of a frozen shoulder as having three stages:

Freezing stage, 6 weeks to 9 months
Frozen stage, 4 months to 9 months
Final stage during which shoulder motion slowly returns toward         normal.

Your osteopath will speed up the healing process, making sure no other injuries are present, with treatment aimed at pain control and restoration of motion.
